Haruki Horikawa is a London based fashion photographer / creative director.

Though born in Japan, he also grew up in the US and Canada. Haruki has worked in the fashion industry since the age of 15 and moved to London in 2007 to pursue fashion photography specifically, continuing his studies at University of the Arts London. He cites his biggest inspiration as: “the fashionless life I lived on a tiny island in Canada after living in the fashion capital of Tokyo, in Harajyuku. It made me look at the industry with the greedy eyes of an outsider!” Haruki’s images have appeared on i-D online and in Numero Homme China, and he shot the Linda Farrow campaigns.  (i-D)
